Royal Indian Cookery: A Taste of Palace Life - Manju Shivraj Singh I had this book, lost it, and then bought a used copy online to replace it because I can't live without the recipe for Railway Station Potato Curry.

Very complete - offers recipes for many types of dishes, as well as pickles, spice blends, and other food items that might be overlooked in a less complete cookbook. There's a lot of anecdotal information about palace life and customs which I didn't find particularly illuminating, but is a nice addition.
